DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Virginia Ivanova to withdraw as counsel for the respondent on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 14, 2012, and July 9, 2012, respectively, and for the assignment of counsel to represent the respondent

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, Virginia Ivanova is directed to turn over all papers in the proceeding to counsel herein assigned, and pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the respondent on the appeal:
