| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated August 17, 2012, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, and for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order dated August 17, 2012, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for poor person relief is denied, with leave to renew upon proper papers, on or before October 12, 2012, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth the amount and source of counsel fees paid to retained counsel in the Family Court.
