| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to enlarge the judgment roll on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered October 13, 2009, to include the transcript of the arraignment proceedings which occurred on April 16, 2009, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the judgment roll to include the transcript of the arraignment proceedings which occurred on April 16, 2009, is granted, and the appellant shall file of the transcript of the arraignment proceeding which occurred in April 16, 2009, with the Clerk of the Court when he files the other transcripts of the proceedings; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, and the appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before November 7, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
