| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Jeffrey Siegel from order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 22, 2012. By decision and order on motion dated June 7, 2012, as amended July 26, 2012, stated portions of the order dated February 22, 2012, were stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal on condition that the appeal was perfected by July 30, 2012. The appeal has not been perfected.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the stay granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 7, 2012, as amended July 26, 2012, is vacated forthwith.
