Appeal by Jessica Valeska Taitt from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 20, 2012. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Richard Andrew Miller, Esq., dated August 27, 2012, it is
