| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, rendered September 20, 2011, and a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered November 17, 2011, in effect, for leave to submit one brief addressing both appeals and to direct the Court to accept his waiver of appellate counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to resubmit (1) a brief addressing the appeal from the judgment rendered September 20, 2011, that does not address the other appeal, along with a proper waiver of appellate counsel, not signed under protest, and (2) a separate brief addressing the appeal from the judgment rendered November 17, 2011, that does not address the other appeal, along with a proper waiver of appellate counsel, not signed under protest.
