| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, for leave to file a supplemental brief on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Orange County, dated October 11, 2011, and October 12, 2011, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file a supplemental brief is granted, and on or before October 17, 2012, the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief, and serve one copy on the respondent and one copy on the attorney for the children; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
