| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, in effect, to amend (1) a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 8, 2011, which granted an extension of time to take an appeal, pursuant to CPL 460.30, from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 14, 2010, under Ind. No. 3540/07 to reflect that an extension of time is also granted to take an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, also rendered October 14, 2010, under Ind. No. 3456/07, and (2) a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 6, 2012, which granted poor person relief and the assignment of counsel with respect to the appeal from the judgment rendered October 14, 2010, under Ind. No. 3540/07 to reflect that poor person relief and the assignment of counsel are also granted with respect to the appeal from the judgment also rendered October 14, 2010, under Ind. No. 3456/07.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted.
