Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file exhibits to his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered July 21, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that leave is granted to file the photograph exhibits and DNA report annexed to the motion papers as Exhibit Nos. 2 and 3, and the Clerk of the Court, or her designee, shall annex those exhibits to the copies of the pro se supplemental briefs filed with the Clerk of the Court, and the motion is otherwise denied.
