| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 30, 2012, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 29, 2012, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the order upon the perfection of the appeal on or before September 28, 2012, and for leave to file certain documents under seal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the decision and order on motion dated August 29, 2012, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "September 28, 2012," and substituting therefor the date "October 29, 2012"; and it is further
ORDERED that when the appellants perfect the appeal, they shall file under seal, copies of the documents that were submitted to the Supreme Court, Kings County, for in camera review, and those documents shall remain sealed upon filing.
