ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered March 13, 2011 (two orders), and March 23, 2012, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the orders entered March 13, 2011, and March 23, 2012, pending under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2012-03452 and 2012-03470, is granted to the extent that the appellant's time to perfect those appeals is enlarged until December 26, 2012, and the record or appendix on those appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and that branch of the application is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order entered March 13, 2011, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2012-03471 is denied as academic as that appeal was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 19, 2012.
