| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Arleen Lewis, in effect, to be relieved as counsel for the appellant and to assign new counsel for purposes of making a motion for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated September 16, 2011, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated July 5, 2012, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew on or before October 10, 2012, upon proper papers setting forth a reason why counsel cannot continue to represent the appellant (see Family Ct Act § 1120[a]).
