Appeals by the plaintiffs from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 17, 2011, and December 7, 2011, respectively.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 6, 2012, entitled "In the Matter of Dismissal of Causes for Failure to Perfect - August 2012 Calendar ", as dismissed the appeal from the order dated December 7, 2011, in the above-entitled case under Appellate Division Docket No. 2012-01221, is recalled and vacated and that appeal is reinstated.
