DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Oswald D. Bond for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 9, 2010, and a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the New York City Housing Authority dated May 6, 2009, which were determined by decision, order, and judgment of this Court dated November 1, 2011, and for poor person relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed on the ground that Oswald D. Bond does not have standing to move for the above-stated relief as he did not file a brief.
