Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file an addendum to his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered August 12, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief is enlarged until October 24, 2012, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
