Motion by respondent on an appeal from an order of the City Court of Yonkers, Westchester County, entered December 13, 2011, for leave to reargue its opposition to appellant's prior motion for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal and to continue a stay, which prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion dated June 18, 2012.
