It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered August 16, 2012, is hereby amended by deleting the date September 4, 2012, and inserting in its place the date October 1, 2012, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and
It is further ORDERED the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered August 16, 2012, is hereby amended by deleting the date September 19, 2012, and inserting in its place the date October 16, 2012.
