DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the defendant for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders to show cause of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 21, 2012, and August 28, 2012, respectively, and, in effect, to stay enforcement of the temporary restraining orders contained in the orders to show cause, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
