In the Matter of Stephen Cooper, appellant,

v Agnes Lathillerie, respondent.

(Docket No. F-975-05/11S)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Stephen Cooper from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated February 22, 2012 and April 3, 2012, respectfully. By scheduling order dated July 20, 2012, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals was enlarged until August 23, 2012. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeals.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2], 670.8[e]) and prior order of the Court.

RIVERA, J.P., FLORIO, CHAMBERS and HALL, JJ., concur.
