Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 24, 2011, and March 7, 2011, respectively, two money judgments of the same court both dated May 5, 2011, and a money judgment of the same court entered June 20, 2011, inter alia, for leave to file a supplemental appendix containing certain portions of the trial transcript, and to strike stated portions of the plaintiff-respondent's brief on the ground that they refer to matter dehors the record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
