| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 13, 2011, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom. Aldo D. died prior to the filing of the notice of appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, Sherilyn Danridge, as administrator of the estate of Aldo D. is substituted for the deceased incapacitated person, Aldo D., and the caption is amended as set forth above; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until December 3, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
