DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Don Alan McLaughlin, Appellant.

Motion by appellant, in effect, for leave to prosecute an appeal from judgments of conviction of the City Court of White Plains, Westchester County, rendered October 4, 2011, as a poor person, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected on or before November 27, 2012, and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person is denied without prejudice to renewal upon appellant furnishing this court with proper papers.

Appellant has failed to furnish this court with the financial information necessary to determine whether he is indigent, having failed to submit a completed application for poor person relief.
