Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated April 26, 2010, for leave to reargue her prior motion to vacate a decision and order of this court dated June 21, 2012, which prior motion was determined by decision and order of this court dated August 10, 2012, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from the August 10, 2012 decision and order.
