Respondent-appellant having applied for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Cattaraugus County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on July 13, 2012, and August 3, 2012,

Now, upon reading and filing the certifications of Wendy A. Tuttle, Esq., dated August 2, 2012, and August 7, 2012, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the applications are granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Lyle T. Hajdu, Esq., 414 East Fairmount Avenue, PO Box 414, Lakewood, New York 14750, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeals, and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Cattaraugus County, provide Lyle T. Hadju, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeals are based, and

It is further ORDERED that the transcripts, if any, shall be filed with the Clerk of the Family Court, Cattaraugus County, within 30 days of the date of this order, pursuant to Family Court Act § 1121 (7), and

It is further ORDERED that the appeals are consolidated.
