ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated September 11, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 4, 2012, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "September 24, 2012" and substituting therefor the date "October 15, 2012."
