Motion by the respondent Nassau County Department of Social Services to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, both dated December 22, 2010, and an order of the same court dated January 19, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the respondent Nassau County Department of Social Services to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 5, 2012, and the brief of the respondent Nassau County Department of Social Services must be served and filed on or before that date.
