DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Tyrone R. Adams, Appellant.

Appellant's motion for leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Village of Sleepy Hollow, Westchester County, rendered March 26, 2012, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel was granted on June 25, 2012, and Sanjay Bhatt, Esq., was assigned to prosecute the appeal.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that assigned counsel, Sanjay Bhatt, Esq., is relieved of representing appellant on the appeal and JOHN P. SAVOCA, ESQ., located at P.O. BOX 531, YORKTOWN, NEW YORK 10598, is assigned pursuant to article 18-B of the County Law; and it is further,

ORDERED that Sanjay Bhatt, Esq., shall provide John P. Savoca, Esq., with all papers; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeal shall be perfected expeditiously; and it is further,

ORDERED that upon service of a copy of this decision and order upon it, the

Department of Probation is hereby authorized and directed to provide assigned counsel with a copy of the pre-sentence report prepared in connection with appellant's sentencing, including the recommendation sheet and any prior reports on appellant which are incorporated or referred to in the report.
