| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay her eviction from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal, by permission, from a decision and order on motion of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated July 15, 2011, which dismissed appeals from an order and a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, both entered June 4, 2010. Separate motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, the papers filed in opposition to the motion for a stay, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation to the motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal, it is
ORDERED that the motion for a stay is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal by causing the original papers constituting the record on a appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]), and by serving and filing her brief on the appeal, is enlarged until December 10, 2012.
