Motion by Joanne Capace Turco, inter alia, to calendar an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 30, 2011, together with an appeal from an order of the same court dated June 21, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeal and cross appeal from the judgment with the appeal from the order is granted, and the appeal and cross appeal from the judgment will be argued or submitted on the same date as the appeal from the order; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
