DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the petitioner-respondent, inter alia, to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated December 6, 2011, to include the transcripts of the proceedings which occurred on March 31, 2011, in the above-entitled matters as well as the proceedings which occurred on January 28, 2011, and February 1, 2011, in a matter commenced in the Family Court, Orange County, under Docket No. O-419/11.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record to include the transcripts of the proceedings which occurred on March 31, 2011, in the above-entitled matters, as well as the proceedings which occurred on January 28, 2011, and February 1, 2011, in the matter commenced under Docket No. O-419/11 is granted, and the petitioner-respondent shall obtain the transcripts of those proceedings and file the transcripts with the Clerk of this Court when it files its brief; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
