On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 15, 2012, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated November 22, 2011, is amended (1) by deleting from the first and third paragraphs thereof the date "March 20, 2010," and substituting therefor the date "March 10, 2010," and (2) by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the words "Queens County" and substituting therefor the words "Nassau County."
