It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to supplement the record is granted on the condition that the stipulated supplement to the record is filed and served on or before October 25, 2012, and

It is further ORDERED that, on the condition that the stipulated supplement to the record is filed and served on or before October 25, 2012, the motion insofar it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted and the appeals from the decision and the judgment entered December 22, 2011, and July 18, 2012, are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
