Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Donna L. Neal sworn to July 31, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of due service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice.
Memorandum: Appellant has failed to demonstrate financial hardship (see 22 NYCRR 1000.14[a][1]) and an inability to secure a loan based upon the alleged equity existing in a parcel of real property.
