Application by the respondents, on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered January 17, 2012, in effect, to substitute Paul Gdanski, as administrator of the estate of Nathan Gdanski, in place of Ester Gdanski, and to substitute Paul Gdanski, as administrator of the estate of Ester Gdanski, for the deceased plaintiff-respondent Ester Gdanski, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Paul Gdanski, as administrator of the estates of Nathan and Ester Gdanski, is substituted for Ester Gdanski, as administrator of the estate of Nathan Gdanski, and for the deceased plaintiff-respondent Ester Gdanski, and the caption is amended accordingly.
