ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 18, 2012, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 12, 2012, is amended by adding to the first and third paragraphs thereof after the word "proceedings" the following: "which occurred on June 12, 2012."
