Motion by respondent, in effect, to be provided with an unredacted copy of the appellant's appendix and brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 27, 2012, and to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before November 5, 2012, the appellant shall serve the respondent with an unredacted copy of the appellant's appendix and brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 20, 2012, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
