DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated July 21, 2009 (People v Williams, 64 AD3d 734, affd 16 NY3d 480), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 10, 2002. The prior application was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 18, 2012. Separate motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 18, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are denied.
