Margarita C. (Anonymous), appellant.

(Docket No. B-16325/11)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 29, 2011, and August 17, 2012, respectively, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Social Services Law 384-b (Family Court Act § 1112) and leave to appeal has not been granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.

SKELOS, J.P., ANGIOLILLO, DICKERSON and HALL, JJ., concur.
