DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Alexis C., also known as Alexis P., from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County dated July 27, 2012. The appellant was granted poor person relief on September 28, 2012, and the following named attorney was assigned to prosecute the appeal:
