Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 21, 2009, to enlarge the judgment roll to include certain motion papers and annexed exhibits or for the Court to take judicial notice of the motion papers and annexed exhibits, and to direct the respondent "to transfer to this Court People's Exhibits 6, 8, 9, 10, 14, 20 and 63."
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
