Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Cattaraugus County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on July 7, 2011, and the attorney for the children having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve her brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Schavon R. Morgan, Esq., sworn to October 5, 2012, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the attorney for the children submit proof of service of her brief upon respondent-appellant, on or before November 1, 2012, and the briefs shall be accepted as filed.
