Appellants having moved to expedite the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on June 8, 2011, and September 27, 2011, and

Respondent The Netherlands Insurance Company having cross-moved for an extension of time to file and serve its respondent's brief and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Dirk J. Oudemool, Esq., dated September 10, 2012, the affirmation of Scott D. Storm, Esq., dated September 19, 2012, the notices of motion and cross motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Kristin L. Norfleet, Esq., sworn to September 17, 2012, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that appellants' motion insofar as it seeks to expedite the appeals is denied, and

It is further ORDERED that respondent The Netherlands Insurance Company's cross motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve its respondent's brief is granted on condition that the brief is filed and served on or before December 11, 2012, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and

It is further ORDERED that reply briefs, if any, shall be filed and served on or before December 26, 2012, and

It is further ORDERED that the cross motion is otherwise dismissed as unnecessary.
