The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Raman Kaleda, Appellant.

Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, entered April 7, 2011, to compel the Criminal Court to file the record on appeal with this court.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

As the Criminal Court has informed this court that the record on appeal cannot be found, appellant, if he be so advised, may move to reconstruct the record in the Criminal Court.
