ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated October 23, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 2, 2012, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "January 14, 2012," and substituting therefor the date "January 14, 2013."
