Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated October 11, 2011, and March 22, 2012, respectively, and an order of the same court entered December 19, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 26, 2012, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
