Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a replacement brief on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, rendered August 3, 2011, under Ind. No. 97-00175, and an order of the same court dated March 3, 2011, issued pursuant to CPL 440.46, under Ind. No. 96-00316.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a replacement brief is enlarged until December 27, 2012, and the replacement brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
