Motion by Damon Fields for leave to renew and reargue his prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated April 4, 2012, which modified a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered February 15, 2011, which motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 16, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
