On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated October 24, 2012, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Appeal by Alexis C., also known as Alexis P., from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County dated July 27, 2012. The appellant was granted poor person relief on September 28, 2012, and the following named attorney was assigned to prosecute the appeal:
