Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to reinstate appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 20, 2008, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 31, 2009, and (2) two orders of the same court dated November 5, 2008, and December 22, 2008, respectively, which were dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 5, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
