Motion by the appellant to vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 30, 2012, which, inter alia, dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 19, 2012, on the ground that the order was entered upon the appellant's default, and to reinstate the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
